What materials do you use?

All ear wires, jump rings, and clasps are either .925 sterling silver, stainless steel, silver-plated, or gold-plated/filled. All earrings are nickel/lead free and hypoallergenic. Chains are silver or gold plated/filled.

What is the difference between gold-plated & gold-filled?

Gold-filled items have a much thicker layer of gold mechanically bonded to a base metal, making them more durable & less likely to tarnish than gold-plated items, which are coated with a very thin, electroplated layer of gold that wears off more easily. This is why gold filled items cost more. 

What is your return policy?

There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping label fees.
